They needed to focus on the important things to make the new structure a success, but didn’t have the internal resources to provide a regular client newsletter, which had been a crucial part of the marketing strategy of their former dealer group.

They also wanted to maintain the personality of each Principal in the group’s newsletter.  In other words, they didn’t want a “rubber stamp” approach.

We offered to research, write, design, print and mail their quarterly newsletter for them.  To ensure each newsletter looked like it had come from an individual office, we provided an “individualised back page service” – each office could write their own back page, which we professionally edited.

They could have whatever they wanted on this page – team photos, offices, success stories - anything that was relevant to their own clients.

Ten years later that group has grown substantially and we have continued to meet this very personalised requirement – their clients have never missed receiving an edition of their newsletter in over ten years! Now that's some result!

It was needed “ASAP” and apart from the usual information, which needed to be technically correct and current, calculators and other helpful tools were required to help members do simple calculations and comparisons.  It also needed excellent structure so members with little computer skills could navigate the site easily.

We showed them our online Financial Articles library (www.financialarticles.com.au) offering hundreds of professionally written, up-to-date articles on all financial topics, as well as lifestyle subjects such as health, travel and many others.

Each quarter the client would consult our library catalogue, choose enough articles to complete their newsletter and automatically download them.

Using our online library, they could easily live up to their promise of maintaining regular contact with their clients.
