From time to time Financial Writers Australia has openings for people with a talent for writing and a sound knowledge of and background in investment and financial planning principles.
Our writers work personally with our clients and must demonstrate proven skills, practical experience in financial planning and a high level of confidentiality. There is also the opportunity to take on a more active role by sourcing clients which attracts additional remuneration.
This is a perfect role for former successful financial planners or paraplanners who wish to maintain their skills through an active part-time role.
Although our head office is based in Brisbane, our writers are spread across the country.
If you possess all of the following skills and qualities:
- Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent as a minimum
- Experience as a financial planner or paraplanner
- Excellent writing skills
- A passion for writing
- Brilliant listening skills and attention to detail
- An understanding of marketing
- Sound computer skills (using Microsoft)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A willingness to continually improve your skills.
